Whitehouse Students win a Year in Florence, Italy

Fashion celebrities Camilla Franks and Henry Roth were sitting front row at the 2009 Whitehouse Graduate Parade and Exhibition at Byron Kennedy Hall.  Students in their third and final year of a Bachelor of Design showcased their signature collections ranging from lacy lingerie to aviator-inspired jackets.

Representing LiveEnrol was Danny Bielik, CEO.  The Graduate Parade is an opportunity for Whitehouse students to show off their creations to the world.

Amongst the wonderful prizes awarded to Whitehouse graduates were four lucky students who won a year in the world-famous Accademia Italiana in Florence, Italy.  More information about the prizes can be found here.

Party Time at Sydney Colleges

_crop_ProjectRunwayAustralia_williamIt’s that time of the year where every institution starts to have agent parties.  It’s usually an opportunity for agents to catch up with friends and colleagues, and institutions like to show off their stuff.  I know, often it’s not that exciting – I mean if you’ve seen one room full of computers, or whiteboards, you’ve seen…well you get it, I’m sure.

For those agents who came to the parties at two special LiveEnrol institutions, they were treated to something very different.

Whitehouse School of Design is Australia’s premier college teaching Fashion Design and Interior Design.  Their degree programmes in Sydney and in Melbourne are considered the benchmark by the design industry in Australia.  And to top it all off, Whitehouse’s (amazing) campus in Melbourne is the home to Project Runway Australia which you can catch on pay-tv channel Arena (those of you in Australia anyway).

Agents were treated to a tour of Whitehouse’s beautifully-restored heritage facility in Sydney where they got to see some great work by Australia’s next leading designers.  If you haven’t been before, why not contact Jess Brocklebank at jess@whitehouse-design.edu.au to organise a tour of either the Sydney or Melbourne campuses?

Ella Baché College

Whilst we’re in the world of famous brands, did you know that Ella Baché (yes the famous skincare brand) has only

ONE school in the entire world – and it’s right here in Sydney?  Last week, agents saw the most fantastic facilities for training beauty therapists and heard about opportunities for graduates.  Who wants to fight for a job when graduates can have access to Ella Baché’s network of over 200 salons and 35 David Jones stores around Australia?

Did you miss out?  Contact David Freuden, the General Manager of Ella Baché College at dfreuden@ellabachecollege.edu.au and ask him to send you some info or show you around.

If you wish to enrol students at Whitehouse’s campuses in Sydney and in Melbourne or Ella Baché’s exclusive college in Sydney – you must be a LiveEnrol-approved agent.  These two exclusive institutions only accept enrolments through LiveEnrol so make sure you’re part of it today.  To become a LiveEnrol-approved agent, click here.
